Who we are

This website is operated by Jumbexa Shuffle Tea Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202318452K), 10 Anson Road, #22-02 International Plaza, Singapore 079903. We handle personal data in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and, where applicable, other privacy laws.

What we collect

We do not run accounts, newsletters or online payments. The contact tool builds your note entirely in your browser; nothing is transmitted to us until you choose to send it by email. When you email [email protected], we receive your address and message.

How we use it

We use emails only to reply, make corrections or consider suggestions. We do not sell or rent personal data. Messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

Hosting and logs

Our hosting provider may record standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability, retained for a limited period.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you by writing to us. You may also contact the Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore.
